<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJp9oCR_I9GTvuMm5RHITkv-pjeQc_PlkogqXmn4HNEhfoj1xIMshjJpXM6h5d6IYBnYB_5fhyy8tHaXpIMx0NuSEw23ijKRcu3E2sK6Bx8GItQxfDc5SVKH3eV8p9D4_omG1VgVU3-AaN/s2000/loreal+bronzer.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJp9oCR_I9GTvuMm5RHITkv-pjeQc_PlkogqXmn4HNEhfoj1xIMshjJpXM6h5d6IYBnYB_5fhyy8tHaXpIMx0NuSEw23ijKRcu3E2sK6Bx8GItQxfDc5SVKH3eV8p9D4_omG1VgVU3-AaN/s2000/loreal+bronzer.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
A lot of people rave about blusher and how they can't live without it.. I'm the complete opposite and I just can't live without bronzer. I never wear blusher so I always reach for bronzer to add some colour and definition to my face, all year round. Bronzer makes me look more alive and my make up just isn't complete without a sweep of the stuff. I wanted to share with you the new addition to my bronzer collection and I must say, it's an absolute beauty...</div>
<a name='more'></a><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjeGAHWD70gqzsUZ1V5XBdvjKrRJ69rLe5zCQ5gyySbuxfFtqMrrh7Bjif5u_OK8D1n_DIWoKIiQCtmTGnBZ4Hds8let5V7sTqqmqnIq8BkkOE0UnQOouhmUAUT-CyIFxTZ63WwoocMMLG-/s2000/loreal+bronzer2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjeGAHWD70gqzsUZ1V5XBdvjKrRJ69rLe5zCQ5gyySbuxfFtqMrrh7Bjif5u_OK8D1n_DIWoKIiQCtmTGnBZ4Hds8let5V7sTqqmqnIq8BkkOE0UnQOouhmUAUT-CyIFxTZ63WwoocMMLG-/s2000/loreal+bronzer2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Whilst browsing boots (I swear I spend my whole life doing this) I saw this gorgeous <a href="http://www.boots.com/en/Loreal-Paris-Glam-Bronze-terra-bronzer_1695287/" target="_blank">Loreal Paris Glam Bronze Terra Bronzer</a> (£12.99). What caught my eye the most, apart from the stunning tribal print, was how big it was. Most drugstore bronzers are quite compact.. this on the other hand is a lot larger and I love that. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This maxi face and body bronzer has a summery scent to it, making it an essential for your holiday make up bag. It has a slight shimmer, however when you apply to the skin the shimmer doesn't transfer so no need to worry about looking like a disco ball.<br />
<br />
The colour is super natural and gives you a gorgeous sun kissed glow. However, I apply this in light strokes as it is very pigmented and it can be quite easy to over do it!<br />
<br />
If you're looking for a luxury bronzer without the huge price tag then this is for you.<br />
<br />
Have you tried this? What is your favourite bronzer?<br />
<br />
With love,<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Good afternoon lovelies. I am currently writing this from my bed, all wrapped up like I'm in some sort of cocoon. The ill life has gotten the better of me & i've been bed bound since saturday *que violins* :(. Anyway, now that I'm starting to feel a little better and with all this spare time, what better than to write this post. I thought I would share with you my new favourite eye shadow palette that I am obsessing over!</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
So, I think I'm a little late on the bandwagon with this eye shadow palette (or infact any Zoeva palettes) as it was launched a while a go. After seeing several reviews about the new Cocoa Blend palette I was convinced I was going to purchase it. When browsing <a href="http://www.beautybay.com/" target="_blank">Beauty Bay</a> (my fav website ever) I came across the Cocoa Blend palette and the Rose Golden palette. I decided the <a href="http://www.beautybay.com/cosmetics/zoeva/rosegoldenpalette/" target="_blank">Rose Golden palette</a> was more suitable for me and included more shades that I knew I would get more use of - if you know me, you know I am a sucker for anything rose gold.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I was very shocked at the price of £15.50 (that works out around £1.55 per shadow!) as for some reason I was convinced that it would cost around £30 (as good quality palettes are normally around that price mark). So I think that was a major factor that swayed me towards buying the palette as it was a lot cheaper than I had expected! When this arrived in the post, it instantly made my day and I could not stop staring at the gorgeous shades *confessions of a make up addict*. Btw, BeautyBay are amazing for shipping this came within two days of ordering with tracked delivery - and it was free!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhUWfvOuEp2A6NLQkT-Qko8-9_9eh7ncfRAXhP54TOAnflK1sFbuc4h2Gr2b3mYDdjZOQ21mrQAJAPH3EmWny_1Ds_awnEHx1clD6Wo4nrA9VM4MJOEr6Ucw8MO-g4qQ9996PbN03U_nGOj/s2000/zoeva+rose+gold8.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="264" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhUWfvOuEp2A6NLQkT-Qko8-9_9eh7ncfRAXhP54TOAnflK1sFbuc4h2Gr2b3mYDdjZOQ21mrQAJAPH3EmWny_1Ds_awnEHx1clD6Wo4nrA9VM4MJOEr6Ucw8MO-g4qQ9996PbN03U_nGOj/s2000/zoeva+rose+gold8.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
(Taken with flash so you could see how amazing the shimmery eyeshadows are!)</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Now lets talk shades. The palette features a range of rose golden and smokey hues which is perfect for creating a feminine, sparkly smokey eye sort of look. Every single one is wearable and I am so excited to experiment with it. These shadows are super pigmented and easy to blend (what every girl loves with an eyeshadow palette). The palette includes an array of matte, metallic and satin finishes so you are able to play around and create lots of different looks. Personally, my favourite are the metallic shadows (especially Shining Bright) as they create a shimmery eye which I feel would look gorgeous in the summer/on hols. </div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I also treated myself to the <a href="http://www.beautybay.com/accessories/zoeva/221luxesoftcreasebrush/" target="_blank">Zoeva 221 Luxe Soft Crease Brush</a>. I must say it definitely is incredibly soft and I have no regrets buying this at £6.95. It works amazingly and blends the eyeshadows so effortlessly into the crease leaving a professional finish. The perfect brush to create a smokey eye for sure!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This is a beautiful palette & I am completely obsessed. All I need now is the <a href="http://www.beautybay.com/accessories/zoeva/rosegoldenbrushset/" target="_blank">Zoeva Rose Golden Brush Set</a> to accompany this ;) Have you tried this product? Which is your favourite shade?</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
With love,</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Katie xo</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
P.s how gorgeous is the packaging? It comes in a sleeve too!</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I recently watched one of my new favourite Youtubers videos (Brittney Lee Saunders) where she made a <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJ8BzgE4vi8" target="_blank">lip swatch video</a> featuring <a href="http://www.boots.com/en/Maybelline-Color-Drama-Lipstick_1505296/" target="_blank">Maybellines Colour Drama Intense Velvet Lip Pencils</a>. I was instantly sold and headed to boots the next day to grab 3 of my favourite shades. Can we just take a moment to appreciate that these beauties are only £4.99! Now who doesn't get ridiculously happy when they find an amazing product for under a fiver? Because I know I certainly do! </div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg05vNn6iUPg2S1p2d3KWZvraeDyYUTZaqYwTazlmY2xhrxFVeK_MKi9aoGpXxr96E3u9Onfy03B7ptVrbrKUQmiKRoC1ywjROHtBxeEdszvchyphenhyphen5F6ZhrRv2skxGtksqc3tXJUoOEzZ30Jr/s2000/maybelline+colour+drama2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg05vNn6iUPg2S1p2d3KWZvraeDyYUTZaqYwTazlmY2xhrxFVeK_MKi9aoGpXxr96E3u9Onfy03B7ptVrbrKUQmiKRoC1ywjROHtBxeEdszvchyphenhyphen5F6ZhrRv2skxGtksqc3tXJUoOEzZ30Jr/s2000/maybelline+colour+drama2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I picked up the three shades (top to bottom) Berry Much, Minimalist and Nude Perfection. These are the sort of colours that I always gravitate towards as I know they suit me, so no surprise shades like orange for you guys today *shock*! My favourite shade out of the three has to be Berry Much. I've recently rekindled my love for berry lips - oh how I've missed wearing this colour! I love wearing a berry lip when I'm wearing khaki, it is the perfect combo! Minimalist is more of a dark pink and Nude Perfection is such an amazing dupe for Mac's Velvet Teddy (it's quarter the price too... bonus). With 10 shades in the collection you are bound to find a shade that suits you!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The lip pencils have a creamy texture and glide so easily across the lip yet give a lovely matte finish. Normally, when I find a lip product to be quite creamy, I find that it can be quite sheer... However, these pencils are super pigmented... One coat and you are set to go with no reapplying for around 4 hours. The stay power is amazing - I can eat and drink and my lips will still be looking flawless (especially with the darker shades). </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I love that it is practically a lipstick formula in the form of a lip pencil. I feel that the sharp point of the pencil allows me to apply the product a lot more precisely (with a steady hand lol). Although, one concern of mine is having to sharpen them, I would much prefer maybe a twist up or something. However, sharpening them will allow you to keep that sharp edge giving a more consistent professional crisp finish!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I would also recommend moisturising or exfoliating your lips before hand to get the best outcome possible. These are defo my new favourite lip products at the moment!!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Have you tried these? What is your favourite shade?</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Good evening lovelies! I wanted to share with you my new holy grail face mask! I've always been a huge fan of LUSH - in particular their bath bombs. I have a few of their other products such as their lip scrub and body wash but I wanted to try something a little more adventurous... so I thought I'd give one of their face masks a go.</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span id="goog_599421543"></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgy8q1gBs4HuqDNKr4ztWWlxe4B7beSgEjEg90VqTz5fJh5ZUvYaPcBUpr22oUlw5_jBUHjx1Tn__CsBTIzbzm8SUzLIKS5_c7CuqsgoHcrTy5IpI8qxcOBr0kc3n-AFw_vrUwIx6BkpPhN/s2000/lush+face+mask9.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="472" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgy8q1gBs4HuqDNKr4ztWWlxe4B7beSgEjEg90VqTz5fJh5ZUvYaPcBUpr22oUlw5_jBUHjx1Tn__CsBTIzbzm8SUzLIKS5_c7CuqsgoHcrTy5IpI8qxcOBr0kc3n-AFw_vrUwIx6BkpPhN/s2000/lush+face+mask9.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
I've heard nothing but good things about their face masks from reading reviews online & friends recommending them. So when visiting the store, I spoke to an employee to find a face mask that would calm and soften my skin. She recommended <a href="https://www.lush.co.uk/products/love-lettuce" target="_blank">Love Lettuce</a> (looks a little gross but I swear it is magic in a pot). It claims to "brighten your complexion with nutrient-rich agar seaweed gel, soothing and moisturising honey and almond oil, and gently exfoliating almond shells". </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This mask contains lavender which helps to calm the skin and "balance the skin's sebum production". I can get a fairly oily T-Zone so this helps to even out my skin and eliminate any oiliness. It smells lovely in comparison to a few other masks that they had such as the BB Seaweed mask *yuck*. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
It's very thick in consistency so it is quite hard to smooth out onto your face whilst applying but you can work past that. I generously slop this on my face and leave it on for around 15-20 minutes (sometimes longer). I've been using this once a week so far, as a little treat/pick me up for my skin. I apply before getting in the shower so I am able to easily scrub it off! This mask is super exfoliating (the almond shells) and this is what leaves my skin feeling ridiculously soft. However, I wouldn't say it left my skin with a 'radiant glow' but it did tick all the boxes that I was personally looking for in a face mask e.g. to calm and smooth. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I can't express how much I love this product - my skin literally feels so amazing and my make up applies soooo smoothly afterwards. Also, as you keep this product in the fridge, it feels really fresh and cooling which is a bonus with this humid weather we're having at the moment! I've used this 4 times so far and I still have lots left (as you can see in the photo). Defo will be repurchasing when it runs out. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Have you tried any LUSH face masks? Any recommendations?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

With love,</div>

TROPEZ GRADUAL TAN IN SHOWER LOTION REVIEW<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi1I0dUsO2sBtURjeC5rFMosDCdmJmLzWC4z6LogP34T8Ldc2K1kNdlmase1aFNJzcqBIAAgC2-TTQPGPV7KKjNtSPF-qDZ_c_QbcvDjogW3beief6qustT365qjYSRLINDRVcw8yrVYOEe/s2000/st+tropez.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi1I0dUsO2sBtURjeC5rFMosDCdmJmLzWC4z6LogP34T8Ldc2K1kNdlmase1aFNJzcqBIAAgC2-TTQPGPV7KKjNtSPF-qDZ_c_QbcvDjogW3beief6qustT365qjYSRLINDRVcw8yrVYOEe/s2000/st+tropez.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
We have now approached self tanning season which means us ladies are all looking for a easy way to tan this summer... so does <a href="http://www.boots.com/en/St-Tropez-Gradual-Tan-In-Shower-Lotion-200ml_1690813/" target="_blank">St. Tropez's new innovative Gradual Tan In Shower Lotion</a> meet expectations of a dreamy natural glow?<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<span style="text-align: center;"></span><br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
I haven't used a gradual fake tan in what seems like forever so when I bought this product I had very high expectations. St. Tropez is known for its luxury self tanning products and when this was launched I was super excited & it was on my wish list straight away. What appealed to me the most was you were able to use it as part of your shower routine. I'm very lazy when it comes to things like this so only having to spare 3 minutes of my day to apply this sounded perfect.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>The process/application:</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
To apply this tan you have to wash as usual in the shower and then turn your shower off. The tan develops on wet skin so you are able to massage into the skin in circular motions whilst still wet (this makes it easier to rub in and to avoid those awful streaks). Wait 3 minutes and then wash off. Those 3 minutes feel like <i>forever</i>. There isn't really much you can do whilst waiting for the tan to sink in apart from naked dance to the radio. </div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>The colour:</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Of course you're not going to see instant results as it is a gradual tan... don't expect to look like you've just come back from a holiday to Mexico after one application. I would say it takes around 3-4 times until you visibly see a <i>natural</i> glow. If you're looking for a more subtle, sun kissed golden colour - then this is perfect for you. However, if you're looking for a more intense tan then I wouldn't recommend this product. As I mentioned above, it is super easy to rub in and therefore you avoid any streaking etc - end results do look professional. </div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>The smell </i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I've read other reviews saying that there was no traditional fake tan smell... In the shower I couldn't smell anything whilst applying it, however, I could vaguely smell the awful biscuit scent afterwards. It was no where near as strong as most fake tans but it didn't smell like dreamy coconuts or anything either!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Overall, I do like this product and I'm really impressed with it being streak free. It doesn't transfer on your clothes either - so don't be afraid to wear white lol! However, I don't think I shall repurchase, gradual tans that take 3-4 applications before you see any colour just aren't for me (told you I'm lazy).</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Have you tried this product? What are your thoughts? Recommend any holy grail tanning products?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

With love,</div>

<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
You have been living under a rock if you haven't seen the obsession that the world suddenly has over triangle bras... an obsession that I also have btw. There is one place that I always turn to when buying triangle bras... affordable and amazing quality: ASOS</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Can I just start off by saying how awkward these flimsy things were to take photos of *fail*. Anyway, this style of bra is my favourite as it they are so comfy to wear as it kind of gives the 'barely there' feel. Aswell as being comfy, they are also so sexy/cute and the lace detailing really makes wearing underwear a lot more exciting! My favourite out of the three has to be the black however, the other two are vibrant and bright making them the perfect triangle bras for the summer. </div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I thought I would share with you my favourite three from ASOS that I can't stop wearing at the moment. *Although, I wouldn't recommend wearing these everyday as they don't give any support to your chest*. I couldn't believe that two of them are now in the sale for £5.50 so hurry ladies and get your hands on them quick!! Just a tip, I would probably size up as I made this mistake with the Deco Lace Triangle Bra as it just about covers my nips lol (TMI?) </div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
Which is your favourite out of the three?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Anyone recommend any other shops to visit for my next triangle bra purchase? </div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Good morning guys! Let's start off the day by talking about feet *gross I know*. This isn't the most glamorous subject to talk about I'l admit... but I'm pretty sure some of you are in need of getting your feet summer ready! Us ladies can get so wrapped up with ensuring that our hair, make up & tan looks good that we tend to neglect other beauty regimes such as looking after our feet. And with summer approaching, your skin can dry out a lot quicker - especially your feet! So make sure you keep your tootsies looking fabulous & feeling super smooth by updating your pedicure routine and rocking those sandals.</div>
<a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
One huge no no is heels that are full of dry, dead skin... leaving them looking rough and cracked. This really does not look pretty when you're wearing your fav summery shoes! I can't express how much you need to look after your feet and ensure that you get rid of any excess skin!! My go to tool for this is <a href="http://www.boots.com/en/Scholl-Pedi-Velvet-Smooth-Electronic-Pedicure-Foot-File_1446167/" target="_blank">Scholl Pedi Velvet Smooth Electronic Pedicure Foot File</a>. It's currently on offer at boots online for £30 which is so affordable! It has kept my feet looking and feeling so soft! No more having to scrub vigorously at your feet to ensure smoothness as it's rotating exfoliating head has made my life a whole lot easier. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
With the turn of a switch, the rotating head starts to exfoliate and buff the skin (feels kind of like sand paper - except it's not painful). You are able to visibly see all the dead skin cells float away *gross yet so satisfying*. Your feet are left feeling silky smooth - using this 3 times a week or however many times to suit you to get the best results. *My tip would be to gently/lightly touch your feet with the tool as if you press down to hard the head can't rotate correctly*.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
After I finish using this, I always use a good foot cream such as <a href="http://www.boots.com/en/Soap-Glory-Heel-Genius%E2%84%A2-125ml_872191/" target="_blank">Soap and Glory's Heel Genius</a>. This acts as a foot mask that soaks into your skin and leaves them super smooth. Best results are when you massage this cream onto your heels (generously) then wear a pair of cotton socks or gel socks and let the cream soak over night. It smells great too!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
No need to feel self conscious about your feet when wearing sandals now! Have you tried this foot file before? Any other recommendations on how to keep your feet looking summer ready?<br />
<br />
With love,<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Hello lovelies, I have been super busy lately, so I apologise for the lack of blogging!! However, I am back with another beauty post! You may have seen my previous <a href="http://blackisthenewblackkk.blogspot.co.uk/2015/06/going-nude.html" target="_blank">Going Nude</a> post where I gave an insight into my two new fav nude lipsticks... I briefly mentioned that I also had a slight obsession with nude nail polishes too! So, I thought I'd do a quick post to show you the nails polishes that I've been obsessing over:</div>
<a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.superdrug.com/Sally-Hansen/Sally-Hansen-Salon-Manicure-Polish-Mauve-Along/p/690168#.VZwlguusbzI" target="_blank">Sally Hansen - Mauve Along</a><br />
This is my ultimate favourite go-to nail varnish. As the name suggests it is a pinky/brown colour (mauve). I have repurchased this several times and it never fails me. Sally Hansen is one of my fav brands for nail polishes as they are such great quality & have a sea of colours to choose from!<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.beautybay.com/nailcare/opi/dontbossanovamearound/" target="_blank">O.P.I - Don't Bossa Nova Me Around</a><br />
Beauty Bay currently have an offer on O.P.I nail varnishes so I took advantage and bought this and a new 3-in-1 strengthener, base coat & top coat. This is the lightest shade of them all and it is super glossy so looks amazing and shiny on the nails. I would describe this as more of a taupe shade and it looks super classy.<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="https://www.nailsinc.com/nail-polish/uptown_305/" target="_blank">Nails Inc - Uptown</a><br />
If you read my <a href="http://blackisthenewblackkk.blogspot.co.uk/2015/06/the-glamour-summer-edit.html" target="_blank">Glamour Summer Edit</a> post you would of seen that this little beauty was in my package. I adore this shade and if I could have everything I own in this colour - I would. I love the Gel Effect that it leaves on my nails and it is super long lasting... a little pricey at £15 but Nails Inc are fab so the price is justifiable!<br />
<br />
<a href="http://www.boots.com/en/Rimmel-London-60-Seconds-Super-Shine-Nail-Polish_1669821/" target="_blank">Rimmel London 60 Seconds Super Shine - Caramel Cupcake</a><br />
Guys this nail polish costs £2.99... I repeat £2.99!! This did not chip easy and the colour is absolutely gorgeous - I've seen quite a few beauty bloggers rave about this colour so I had to jump on board too. It is your stereotypical nude shade which I love. It does run out fairly quickly & you defo need two coats (what do you expect for £2.99) but it really gives a flawless professional finish on your nails! Super impressed!<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.boots.com/en/Essie-Nail-Lacquer-23-Eternal-Optimist-13-5ml_1343356/" target="_blank">Essie - Eternal Optimist</a><br />
This gorgeous shade is a warm toned, 'spiced tea rose' colour. I am obsessed with Essie nail polishes - Out of these 5 nail polishes, this lasted the longest without chipping (around a week - yippee). Pretty amazing quality seeing as it is only £7.99!<br />
<br />
Recommend any nail polishes? I would love to hear from you!<br />
<br />
With love,<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
A few years ago, I was completely obsessed with Glossybox... I used to love receiving boxes in the post with a surprise as to what beauty products I would get. However, I found that most of the samples that I received just weren't up to scratch and not worth the money, so I cancelled my subscription. Whilst surfing the internet a few weeks ago, I came across a few blog posts raving about this beauty box and I just had to relive my obsession with beauty boxes & try it out.</div>
<a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: center;">What caught my attention about this box was the fact that it is summer themed and packaged nicely within a vibrant, watermelon box. Who doesn't like anything with watermelons on? With summer well on its way, Glamour claims that this is the perfect box to get you summer ready. The box costs £17.99 and contains 9 must-have beauty products from well known beauty brands & I'm super excited to try them all.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: center;"><br /></span></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgXlX5BaGs4bPW-saxBe8rgn8nsi5u5q5bjIMSZrBSKNhjj-1lORQDEDvspZv43HybB5a1LGg7GCxQl9ejlHXq-dELjbdKq7hXiyFcg3xhPdSBguHxZqNPaStMz5-sY0NAUASm2C1oI9SZG/s1600/glamour+summer+edit+4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgXlX5BaGs4bPW-saxBe8rgn8nsi5u5q5bjIMSZrBSKNhjj-1lORQDEDvspZv43HybB5a1LGg7GCxQl9ejlHXq-dELjbdKq7hXiyFcg3xhPdSBguHxZqNPaStMz5-sY0NAUASm2C1oI9SZG/s2000/glamour+summer+edit+4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>1: Vita Liberata Trystal Minerals & Luxury Kabuki Brush - 3g Deluxe Sample</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This is the first-ever self-tanning bronzer *exciting*. Dust the powder across your face and watch a natural looking tan develop and last for up to five days! This is the perfect product to fight off dull skin and get you looking sun-kissed. This was one of the products that I was most excited about receiving as it is a generous sample and comes with a super soft kabuki brush too. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2: Eucerin Sun Protection SPF 30 Face Creme - Full Size 50ml</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Ok so I wasn't too excited about receiving a sun cream... I mean how can you get excited about that? However, it will come in handy when I go on holiday and over the summer months as I tend to burn quite easily on my face (especially my fivehead lol). I'm impressed that the box contains a full size sample as it retails for £15! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>3: Balance Me Super Toning Body Polish - 50ml Deluxe Sample</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have quite soft skin so when it comes to looking after my body, I'm super lazy when it comes to things like body polishing. But this product seems promising to me as it claims to do three things at once "give your body a treat with this exfoliator, toner and moisturiser in one". It's designed to firm & plump your skin leaving you looking more toned and flawless. I used this yesterday and it smells super relaxing! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>4: L'Occitaine Aromachology Repairing Shampoo and Conditioner - 35ml Sample Each</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I'm not too keen on using these products as I am super fussy with what shampoo etc I use. However, these are the perfect travel size and would be great to take away with me. This duo helps to repair dry and damaged hair leaving it super glossy and nourished. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>5: Pixi Glow Tonic - 15ml Sample</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I was super excited about trying this out as the blogging world has hyped up so much about this product. Anything that is going to give me a more radiant complexion, I will defo try it out. This product tones, firms and tightens the skin and removes dead skin cells to give you more healthier and brighter looking skin. It feels so lovely and calming on the skin & makes me feel super refreshed. I will definitely continue to use this product & will wait and see if I get any results! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>6: Nails Inc Gel Effect Nail Polish - Full Size</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This was the product I was most happy to receive! There are three shades available and I was praying for the shade "Uptown" & woohoo I got it! It's a gorgeous nude nail polish with a hint of browny, pinky tones. I am currently wearing this shade on my nails now and the Gel effect formula makes my nails look shinier and the colour lasts for longer. This sells for £15!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>7: Caudalie Divine Oil - 15ml Deluxe Sample</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have always heard such fab things about Caudalie so I can't wait to give this a go. It is a multi-tasking oil that adds an extra sheen to your hair, face & body. The smell of this product is dreamy and I am excited to add a few drops of this to my bath. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>8: Bourjois Color Boost Lip Crayon - Full Size</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As you all know, I am a devoted lipstick lover so probably won't get much use out of this - unless I'm going for a more natural look on holiday or something. The colour is very subtle with only one swipe but I would say that it is very buildable. I got the shade "peach on the beach" which isn't my fav, as it's fairly pale on me. I've given this to my little sister as I think she'll get a lot more wear out of this than me! This retails for £7.99</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>9: Seekers Of The Sun Temporary Tattoos - 1 Sheet</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
These are the perfect summer accessory, I love them. Super cute & would look great with a tan on holiday.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I am really impressed with most of these products. Obviously not all are too my taste - but not everything is going to please everyone! For £17.99 I definitely think I've got my moneys worth and I am very tempted to buy some of the full size products (the box contains discount codes too). Give the box a go (<a href="http://www.latestinbeauty.com/glamour/" target="_blank">buy it here</a>), it's a bit of fun & is a real summer bundle of joy! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
With love,</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjAoVVHz4-3lh0Qn2rB9P2OuPfGevpj1gs0BnQe2u2ELR_mXLSy5OdNK-UpmYyAWEPgTqbqlTfXlmoVkNmSmj9hyx8bXE5wq0lS9D1hlpF60neLJjK4qGIV7-fppJXtcF_VpZoJAdumvUBd/s1600/lipstick3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjAoVVHz4-3lh0Qn2rB9P2OuPfGevpj1gs0BnQe2u2ELR_mXLSy5OdNK-UpmYyAWEPgTqbqlTfXlmoVkNmSmj9hyx8bXE5wq0lS9D1hlpF60neLJjK4qGIV7-fppJXtcF_VpZoJAdumvUBd/s2000/lipstick3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Today instantly became a fabulous day as soon as these little beauties arrived for me through my letterbox. This time last year, you would not of caught me wearing a nude lip, I was a devoted plum/berry lipstick lover. Now, I have been completely converted and I am all about the nude.</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
The two shades pictured above are <a href="http://www.maccosmetics.co.uk/products/spp/shaded.tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CAT168&PRODUCT_ID=PROD310&SKU_ID=SKU43137" target="_blank">Mehr</a> (left) and <a href="http://www.maccosmetics.co.uk/products/spp/shaded.tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CAT168&PRODUCT_ID=PROD310&SKU_ID=SKU2287" target="_blank">Velvet Teddy</a> (right). Mehr has been a repurchase as I wear this shade to absolute death. I am loving anything this mauve colour at the moment, especially lipsticks and nail polishes. This shade with Mac's soar lip liner makes your lips look so full and plump *Kylie Jenner eat your heart out*. It's subtly sexy and is the perfect shade for every day. Mehr is a matte finish... personally I don't find that Mac matte lipsticks are that drying on me, however I do need to ensure my lips are exfoliated etc before hand to ensure that it doesn't start to go all bitty. Mehr was my first 'nude' lipstick - it's not super nude like Velvet Teddy, but going from a berry lip to this shade was a big jump for me. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have heard so much hype about Velvet Teddy and I always thought that I wouldn't like this shade on me. But now I have been using Mehr, Velvet Teddy isn't such a frightening shade to me anymore and I adore it. I would describe the colour as a more browny nude with peach tones in comparison to Mehr that is more pinky. This also paired with Mac Soar lip liner is amazing and I can't get enough of these lip combos. This too is matte so it doesn't bleed and stays on for hours. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Plus, Mac had free delivery at the time of purchasing so it would of been rude not to have bought anything! Definitely recommend these lip colours for any nude lovers - anyone recommend any other fab nude lipsticks? - I want to expand my collection! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
With love,</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgz0cXLI-1e6kdMndkaXO5vGAJl1BlX4PI_1eZX_F28cV0wcCODH62PfHuUsEzjEpv8XdaDvW_6peHmOziH_wYBXEHtxuBXWQ35bLqie9T3OoKpc4O9NIzdd47VgcDllHiqVE-j3xtDKbFF/s1600/liebster-award-logo.gif" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgz0cXLI-1e6kdMndkaXO5vGAJl1BlX4PI_1eZX_F28cV0wcCODH62PfHuUsEzjEpv8XdaDvW_6peHmOziH_wYBXEHtxuBXWQ35bLqie9T3OoKpc4O9NIzdd47VgcDllHiqVE-j3xtDKbFF/s2000/liebster-award-logo.gif" width="320" /></a></div>
A lovely surprise to see that the gorg Chloe from <a href="http://www.chloereed.co.uk/">www.chloereed.co.uk</a> had nominated me for the Leibster Award (thanks again Chloe)! This is the second time I've been nominated as I did this post last year with a different set of questions!<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
There are four rules to stick to when you have been nominated:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1. Thank the person who nominated you and link back to their blog</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2. Answer the questions provided by the nominator </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
3. Nominate and link ten bloggers that have less than two hundred followers</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
4. Create 10 questions for the nominees to answer.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<u>Lets get started! - My answers:</u></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>1. How did you come up with your blogging name?</i><br />
Picking the name is always the hardest part!! This quote just sprung to mind - plus my wardrobe consists of a lot of black clothing so this name just seemed pretty appropriate!<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>2. What is your favourite tv show at the moment?</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I am watching a few shows at the moment, including Pretty Little Liars and OINTB (almost finished season 3 already *cries*). However, me and my boyfriend are absolutely loving/obsessed with the walking dead - our evenings are spent having a walking dead marathon.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>3. Who is your blogger/youtube inspiration? </i><br />
I don't really have any bloggers in particular who inspire me - I get my inspiration from all the people that I follow on blog lovin, some of their posts are so fun to read. On the other hand, I really enjoy watching YouTubers such as Beauty Crush (& her blog), Persian Babe, Shirley B. Eniang, Cocobeautea ... I love these YouTubers as I adore their style and they seem to like the same things as I do.<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>4. If you had another blog, what would it be about?</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Probably some sort of lifestyle blog - lots more posts about my travels, where I want to go, what I've been up too... that sort of thing maybe. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>5. If you could only save 3 things from a fire, what would they be? (Assuming all people and pets are safe)</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
My Mac, my phone & my make up! (All materialistic things - how embarrassing). </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>6. What is your make up must have?</i><br />
I literally can't live without my loreal lumi magique primer - it really brightens my skin & makes me look more alive! It makes my foundation apply a lot more smoothly as well (take a look at my review <a href="http://blackisthenewblackkk.blogspot.co.uk/2014/07/the-primer-i-swear-by.html" target="_blank">here</a>). </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>7.What are your favourite type of blog posts?</i><br />
I love reading a good honest review about a product - whether that's a good or a bad review. I also love reading what people have bought e.g. new clothes, shoes etc and how they style them - thats how I get my inspo!<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>8.Smokey eye and nude lip or a simple winged eye liner and red lip?</i><br />
A red lip does not suit me - I don't think I own one red lipstick! So I shall choose smokey eye and nude lip!<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>9.Hair up or hair down?</i><br />
I always wear my hair down! It just makes me feel a lot more feminine and I prefer the way it looks.<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>10. If you were on a desert island, which 3 celebrities would you want with you?</i><br />
I'm going to have to skip this question - I've attempted it 3 times and my mind has gone blank I can't think of any celebs *fail*.<br />
<br />
<u>I nominate:</u><br />
<u><br /></u>
<a href="http://anna-in-venture.blogspot.co.uk/" target="_blank">Anna In Venture</a><br />
<a href="http://www.lovefromloi.co.uk/" target="_blank">Love From Loi </a><br />
<a href="http://www.katinalindaa.com/" target="_blank">Katina Linda</a><br />
<a href="http://eleanormuldoon.com/" target="_blank">Eleanor Muldoon</a><br />
<a href="http://simplybeautybylauren.blogspot.co.uk/" target="_blank">Simple Beauty by Lauren</a><br />
<a href="http://chicandchai.wordpress.com/" target="_blank">Chic & Chai </a><br />
<a href="http://www.breakfastatvogueblog.com/" target="_blank">Breakfast at Vogue</a><br />
<a href="http://www.emilytrinh.com/" target="_blank">Always Emily</a><br />
<a href="https://theblondebreakthrough.wordpress.com/" target="_blank">The Blonde Breakthrough</a><br />
<a href="http://lifeloveandlipstickblog.blogspot.co.uk/" target="_blank">Life Love and Lipstick</a><br />
<br />
<u>My questions for you ladies:</u><br />
<br />
1: If you were given £200 what would you spend it on?<br />
<br />
2: Where in the world would you love to travel too but have never been?<br />
<br />
3: Give a random fact about yourself<br />
<br />
4: If you had a super power, what would it be? why?<br />
<br />
5: Lipstick or lipgloss?<br />
<br />
6: What is your biggest achievement?<br />
<br />
7: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?<br />
<br />
8: Name one celeb who you would love to meet<br />
<br />
9: What is your favourite type of blog post to write?<br />
<br />
10: What is your dream job?<br />
<br />
<br />
I look forward to reading your answers!<br />
With love,<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiXtmuUb_jWNgbz0FNH4ayGT5S6aBxZOQdMCqNRPQXecUDOwzToAEJJ6_BaYE88xqvMTIK_h2j_WKb6cQrAaAeCFNoBjdJu6Op1yonEsGUN4tWc4YmJr5Nd85ARhb0yh47EZM5dEBpc4Ypz/s1600/beauty+wishlist.001.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiXtmuUb_jWNgbz0FNH4ayGT5S6aBxZOQdMCqNRPQXecUDOwzToAEJJ6_BaYE88xqvMTIK_h2j_WKb6cQrAaAeCFNoBjdJu6Op1yonEsGUN4tWc4YmJr5Nd85ARhb0yh47EZM5dEBpc4Ypz/s2000/beauty+wishlist.001.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Hi guys, I thought I'd do a quick post sharing with you what beauty/skincare items I have been lusting after and have been bookmarking on my mac. I love reading blog posts on what make up and skin care items you guys have been loving and it makes me want to go to boots and buy it all! Anyhow, here are the 7 items that are currently on my wish list:<br />
<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.johnlewis.com/nars-christopher-kane-eyeshadow-outer-limits/p1887121" target="_blank">1. NARS Christopher Kane Eyeshadow, Outer Limits</a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So firstly, the Christopher Kane for NARS collection is so cool, I loved looking at the range of shades from neons to neutrals. This is his first make up collection so obviously it's an exciting one! I don't really wear eyeshadow much but when I do it's neutral tones and this shade is so gorgeous. It looks super pigmented and luminous which are the two things I love in a make up product. The website says that the colour glides on smoothly and blends effortlessly. I'm sold. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.beautybay.com/accessories/zoeva/rosegoldenbrushset/" target="_blank">2. ZOEVA Rose Golden Brush Set</a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have wanted these brushes for a hell of a long time, but I just can't bring myself to spend £56.95 *cries*. However, I have heard nothing but good things about ZOEVA brushes and how luxurious and soft they are. The rose gold made this brush set stand out to me and I just keep picturing what they would look like on my dressing table. One day they will be mine, one day. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.boots.com/en/St.Tropez-Gradual-Tan-In-Shower-Lotion-200ml_1690813/?cm_mmc=pla-_-google-_-PLAs-_-Boots+Shopping+-+Category+-+Beauty" target="_blank">3. St. Tropez Gradual Tan In Shower Lotion</a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So my friend told me about this product earlier this morning and she had me sold. Fake tan is such a hassle but this claims to only take 3 minutes of your daily shower regime. It builds up a sun kissed, gradual glow and provides 24 hour moisturisation as it contains almond oil. It also claims to be streak free (but don't they all). I love the fact you can apply this in the shower, I've just ordered a bottle and I can't wait to get my hands on it! (It's currently on offer in boots atm).</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.charlottetilbury.com/uk/lip-cheat-pillowtalk.html" target="_blank">4. Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat in Pillowtalk</a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I've heard so many amazing things about this lipliner and the shade Pillowtalk is my fav. It is a "rich, velvety lip liner that glides effortlessly over the lips" making re-shaping and re-sizing your lips easier. Pillowtalk is a nude/mauve/pink colour and I NEED it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.anastasiabeverlyhills.com/makeup/liquid-lipstick.html" target="_blank">5. Anastasia Beverley Hills Liquid Lipstick </a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I follow Anastasia Beverley Hills on Instagram and they are forever promoting this product and I have fallen in love with the shades Craft & Lovely. However, this isn't available in the UK yet *cries again*. So as soon as it available, I will purchase! The liquid formula gives an intense matte pigment in one easy swipe and stays put for hours. Perfect.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.charlottetilbury.com/uk/filmstar-bronze-and-glow.html" target="_blank">6. Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow</a><br />
Charlotte Tilbury make up is just so unbelievable gorgeous especially the Filmstar Bronze & Glow. The Bronzer is perfect for contouring and giving a sun-kissed complexion whereas the highlighter uses "Light Flex Technology to capture light and radiate it out for a luminous complexion". It is a little on the pricey side though at £49.<br />
<br />
<a href="http://www.clinique.co.uk/product/12516/31789/Skin-Care/Devices/New-Clinique-Sonic-System-Purifying-Cleansing-Brush" target="_blank">7. Clinique Sonic System Purifying Cleansing Brush</a><br />
I visited Clinique in boots not long ago & one of the ladies tested this out on my hand and my god my skin never felt so smooth after. This cleansing brush offers a super deep yet gentle cleansing with its sonic movement. The bristles even cleanse the hard to reach areas of the face where dirt hides. It is a bit of an investment at £79 BUT honestly my skin felt so amazing afterwards. I really think this would do my skin wonders on my face and I am definitely saving up for this, perhaps may even save up my boots points! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Have you purchased any of these products? What is on your wish list?<br />
<br />
With love,<br />

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhT4oYgCz1bj515PCxjcbVYL5ijOTYoA357oHHPlxmfEEvvG0rZxFyk7vsx9f5xOE-E3LfuMi-Yt9Hm1EpJ4sGa8qoprf3lRyddVt4M9for7F7Uda_vJ-ddUeIwGHuUVyJ86CWNlZ3EIY3h/s1600/perfumes.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhT4oYgCz1bj515PCxjcbVYL5ijOTYoA357oHHPlxmfEEvvG0rZxFyk7vsx9f5xOE-E3LfuMi-Yt9Hm1EpJ4sGa8qoprf3lRyddVt4M9for7F7Uda_vJ-ddUeIwGHuUVyJ86CWNlZ3EIY3h/s2000/perfumes.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
There is nothing I love more than a new fresh, sweet smelling perfume. Summer is the time of the year where these fragrances appear and there is soooo many to choose from, how are we meant to pick one?! (Well in my case, two *oops*). </div>
<a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I've recently just returned from Mallorca, Port Andratx for a week (if you've never been, I highly recommend) it's absolutely gorgeous. Anyway, it is tradition to buy a new perfume when you're on holiday or at the airport. This holiday I ended up purchasing <a href="http://www.boots.com/en/Vera-Wang-Princess-Eau-de-Toilette-30ml_640529/" target="_blank">Princess by Vera Wang</a> - I've seen many bloggers etc rave about this scent. I fell in love as soon as I smelt it. It's a fruity floral scent that is rich with vanilla and blended with 'exotic flowers and succulent fruits'. It's a very feminine perfume and it smells so delicious. I managed to pick it up for €32 (around £24) whereas in boots they're selling the 30ml for £39.50!! So I managed to get a bargain! (However I'm pretty sure you'd be able to find it a little cheaper elsewhere online). </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Ok so, the holy grail of all perfumes - <a href="http://www.boots.com/en/Estee-Lauder-Bronze-Goddess-Eau-Fraiche-Skinscent-100ml_1708910/?cm_mmc=pla-_-google-_-PLAs-_-Boots+Shopping+-+Category+-+Beauty" target="_blank">Bronze Goddess Eau Fraiche Skinscent by Estee Lauder</a>. In my eyes this is the <i>perfect</i> summer fragrance (I'm wearing it now). I have never smelt anything so amazing - My mum loves it too and it's now on her birthday list! This perfume is a blend of Bergamot, Warm Amber, Tiare Flower, Vanilla and Creamy Coconut ... gives you an instant lift as soon as you smell it. It's fresh, sensuous and is just summer in a bottle. 100ml costs £47 in Boots (Which I didn't think was tooooo bad seeing as other designer brands such as YSL want £50 for 30ml) but luckily I was able to pay with my boots points... I've been saving them up for ages to treat myself to a new perfume and I'm so glad I chose this one. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I HIGHLY recommend you smell these perfumes because if you love sweet, fresh scents like me, I'm pretty sure you'd be obsessed too! Btw how gorgeous are both of the bottles?! This is perfume love!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Do you recommend any? I'd love to hear your favs!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
With love,</div>

<br />
Hi guys, as you read this I am on holiday in sunny Mallorca (not to rub it in). So I've set this blog post to post whilst I lounge on my sunbed! Anyway... I have read numerous blog posts and watched many youtube videos of beauty gurus raving about the La Roche Posay Serozinc Toner. It sounded like the miracle product that I was after! So to my excitement, I managed to find a deal that was two 125ml bottles for £10 on Escentual.com instead of buying one in boots for around £8! You know how much I love a bargain. So the question you all want to know, is it actually worth the hype?<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i><br /></i>
<i>My answer is no</i>. I have never been more disappointed with a product. The toner claims to purify your skin, refine the appearance of pores and eliminate any oiliness. Many people have claimed that this toner has magically cleared their skin blah blah... but I saw no change in my skin at all. I haven't suffered from many spots at the moment so maybe thats why I haven't seen any change as there has been nothing to clear up? But this was just one big disappointment. Personally, I think this product maybe one of those mind over matter products... I really wanted it to work and tried to convince myself it was but it really didn't.<br />
<br />
Be warned, it sprays generously... as I found out when I used it for the first time and I soaked my face with the stuff. It also gets in my hair :( I also think that La Roche Posay's packaging looks so cheap and tacky. I have a few other products from them (which I'm also not a fan of and did nothing for my skin) and I just hate the blue and white colour scheme. I think its safe to say I won't be purchasing anymore of their skin care range! (I'm also now stuck with two bottles of this stuff, I don't even think i'll finish one bottle!)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Have you guys tried it? Did it work for you? Let me know!<br />
<br />

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjeCD3ngKjg96I79F89yF4i0Z-QrNWVYvL7kLm0EzzCGlLxZ0FygwwLFTLxRualXrI7rHvdS56Bnt0phjmNFwdqkm_bnzrW-PPvgZENA9VZpe0AGa7Jcz6kbwRjnfdzfoTrP7xj4P95RAOx/s2000/beauty+haul4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjeCD3ngKjg96I79F89yF4i0Z-QrNWVYvL7kLm0EzzCGlLxZ0FygwwLFTLxRualXrI7rHvdS56Bnt0phjmNFwdqkm_bnzrW-PPvgZENA9VZpe0AGa7Jcz6kbwRjnfdzfoTrP7xj4P95RAOx/s2000/beauty+haul4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I'm back with another beauty post (can I get an amen)! I am currently going through a make up obsession and I've decided to become a little more experimental with what I buy. I'm the sort of person that once I find a product that I love, I won't venture out and try other things. Well I've decided enough is enough and to stop sticking to the same old beauty regime every day. </div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.boots.com/en/Real-Techniques-Miracle-Complexion-Sponge_1389470/" target="_blank"><b>1. Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge - £5.99 </b></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I must say, it's taken me a hell of a long time to jump on the beauty blender wagon. I tried this for the first time today and oh my god, i'm in love. It really helped to blend my foundation more and to give a flawless base. I'm a massive fan of real techniques brushes so when I went into boots to buy a beauty blender, there was no hesitation to add this one to my collection. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><a href="http://www.beautybay.com/cosmetics/anastasiabeverlyhills/dipbrowpomade/" target="_blank">2. Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in Medium Brown - £15.00</a></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This is probably one of the most talked about eyebrow products of the moment. I follow Anastasia Beverly Hills on Instagram and I'm forever drooling over the amazing eyebrows that are on my feed. At the moment I fill my brows in with eye shadow and although it's quick and easy, I prefer the look that this creamy formula gives. However, I have been warned by my friends that it's easy to use too much product and you can end up with a scouse brow. I can imagine this to take time to perfect and to get used to! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><a href="http://www.beautybay.com/accessories/zoeva/322browlinebrush/" target="_blank">3. ZOEVA 322 Brow Line Brush - £5.95</a></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
As I was buying dipbrow, I had the perfect excuse to buy a new brush to go with it! I've heard good things about ZOEVA and have wanted their rose gold brushes for ages, but as they didn't have any of those on BeautyBay, I thought I'd go for their standard brow line brush. It's a short, angled brush that makes brow colour application a lot easier. The brush is super soft and I thought it was fairly cheap aswell! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><a href="http://www.boots.com/en/LOreal-Paris-Infallible-Matte-Foundation_1655157/" target="_blank">4. LOreal Paris Infallible Matte Foundation - £7.99</a></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This was the one product out of my new purchases that is probably the most experimental for me. I never ever buy foundations as I am so comfortable with what I use at the moment. I watched youtube tutorials on this beforehand and the coverage looked flawless. What I liked most about this product was that on the back of the tube it indicated what coverage, texture and finish it was. High coverage, medium texture and a matte finish. HOWEVER, I did manage to very quickly try this yesterday and found it a little too drying on my skin (far too matte for me). So I think I should of bought the non matte finish foundation. It also claims to last 24 hours (but who wears their make up for that long?)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><a href="http://www.topshop.com/en/tsuk/product/beauty-3326659/lips-471/lipsticks-714/lips-in-devotion-4257934?refinements=category~%5b211515%7c208567%5d&bi=1&ps=20" target="_blank">5. Topshop Lipstick in Devotion - £8.00</a> </b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I visited Topshop looking for the lipstick shade Innocent but found that it was a little too baby pink and I much preferred this shade instead. It is a very close dupe to my MAC 'Mehr' (which is my every day shade atm). Devotion is a dusky pink/mauve sort of colour which is my favvvv sort of colour for lipsticks at the moment (In the photo above it looks a lot more red, I apologise! Click on the link above to see the correct shade). The texture is fairly creamy in comparison to my MAC lippy which is matte, so I don't think it is going to last as long on the lips but I shall give it a go! I'd much rather pay £8 for a lipstick than £15.50 (MAC seem to be slyly increasing their prices).</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I'm super excited to try all of these! I shall let you all know if any of them wow me! Have you bought any new products lately that you wouldn't usually buy? </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
With love,</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiZRGAgBruGW_mcPgScyyDPp0hhXP32mrY3201wo3O91sZIPKUAd06p9E0vjDyziZwdG2KxMlqE7CEu5xr90vWLfqYRTtGdO91ioFHO4P7O6NIujXyjAYLQAWupgkKOHlvlOOOGfRoAFR3m/s1600/hair+oil.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiZRGAgBruGW_mcPgScyyDPp0hhXP32mrY3201wo3O91sZIPKUAd06p9E0vjDyziZwdG2KxMlqE7CEu5xr90vWLfqYRTtGdO91ioFHO4P7O6NIujXyjAYLQAWupgkKOHlvlOOOGfRoAFR3m/s2000/hair+oil.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The question that us girls all want to know the answer too... how can we get soft shiny hair? Well I bring you the answer and the answer only costs you £11.99. </div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.boots.com/en/Lee-Stafford-ARGANOIL-from-Morocco-Nourishing-Miracle-Oil-50ml_1162705/" target="_blank">Lee Stafford Argan Oil from Morocco, Miracle Oil</a> is nourished with Pro-Argan Complex that contains a blend of ingredients that help to repair your hair and make it healthier, giving you super soft results. I have been a devoted user of this for a while now as I am currently using my third bottle (about to buy my fourth). </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
So, a little background on my hair... I wash, dry and straighten my hair almost every day (basically I'm killing it). So as I'm using a lot of heat on my hair, I find that it can become a little dry. This oil helps to keep my hairs moisture and makes it feel super soft and glossy. There was one week where I ran out and hadn't had the chance to go to the shop to buy a new one so I stopped using it... Once I had repurchased, I really noticed the difference in the overall look and feel of my hair, I had completely forgotten how amazing this stuff was. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
How do you apply it I hear you ask? Normally I put 2-3 pumps on the palm of my hand and rub my hands together. I then take the product through my wet/damp hair starting from just below my roots and then rubbing any excess product on the ends of my hair using both my palms. You'll need to adjust the amount that you use depending on the length and thickness of your hair.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Lee Stafford does a whole Argan Oil hair care range that includes shampoo, conditioner, shine spray, heat spray and much more. Very tempted to buy some of these! Personally, I think that £11.99 for 50ml is a fab price for this product as it lasts a hell of a long time and the quality of the product is so amazing. My hair heavily relies on this so I give this a strong 8/10. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Hey guys, this post may look a little familiar as I posted about this fabulous product last year... but I just wanted to let you all know that I am <i>still</i> a devoted Lumi Magique fan and wanted to express just how much I love it.</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
With so many options to choose from there is no wonder us girls always panic and think "which one shall I get?!?!". Primer is an essential part of my make up routine and without it, my foundation does not apply as smoothly. So being a lover of primer, I have tried many different ones over the years and I've found that they
all seem to pretty much do the same... to make your skin feel silky and minimise the appearance of pores. I don't really think you can go wrong with <i>any</i> primer whether it be £4 from Collection 2000 or £29 from MAC, it probably won't disappoint... BUT I have finally found a primer that I swear by and separates itself from the rest: <a href="http://www.boots.com/en/LOreal-Paris-Lumi-Magique-Primer-20ml_1247613/" target="_blank">L'Oreal's Lumi Magique Pure Light Primer</a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This primer has a light enriching base which illuminates the skin which can be used as a base for foundation or even worn alone. As well as doing the usual, reducing pores and creating silky smooth skin, it also gives a glow making your skin look more radiant and fresh (even through your foundation).<br />
<br />
It feels light on application and claims to provide 8 hours of hydration.. but don't worry it doesn't feel 'dewy' or somewhat oily. The product itself is white and pearlescent in appearance as it contains tiny tiny specks of pink shimmer which disappears when you apply.. could this be the 'magique'? I've had the odd comment here and there "what highlight are you wearing?" and truthfully I had been wearing none and I thank this amazing primer for that. At £9.99 for 20ml, it doesn't break the bank too much and as a little goes a long way, it is good value for your money.<br />
<br />
L'Oreal also have a BB Cream and foundation using the same formula which I may just have to purchase. This is a strong 9/10 in my books, I definitely recommend you pick one up the next time you're in boots!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
With love xo</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Katie</div>

<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Hey guys, I hope you're all enjoying the fabulous sunshine today. Just a quick up date for you all that my second year at university is finally over and I am now a lady of leisure! I have also just finished my work experience doing visual merchandising which I absolutely loved. I was helping to decorate and put together the window displays, styling mannequins and putting up the stores decor. I am also off on holiday soon which of course meant I've been holiday shopping... however I got side tracked and ended up buying 3 new pairs of shoes *oops*. Which all just happened to be slip ons... obsessed. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br /><br />

<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
So... I don't usually look in Office for shoes but lately I've started to visit there more often. I find that a lot of their shoes are quite over priced (especially their heels), however I did manage to find a couple of gems. Firstly my black cross sandals, I have been looking for a pair for absolutely ages. I really wanted the popular H&M ones that were in stores last summer but I never managed to get my hands on them, so this was the next best thing (however, I have just looked on their website and found a pair with a brown footbed so I may do swapsies). They're kind of an ugly Birkenstock look alike, my boyfriend said "Jesus called and he wants his sandals back". However, I still love them. They do them in white too which are just as fab.</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.office.co.uk/view/product/office_catalog/2,30/1625801375" target="_blank">Office Kicker Slip On Black Snake - £20</a></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I've wanted a pair of slip ons like this for ages too & came across these on the website. However, for some strange reason it wouldn't let me order to store, so after speaking to a friend that worked there she said they had some in stock *hello Yasmin hehe*. I popped into store and they had none on the shop floor, but too my luck they had them in the stock room! I love the snake skin effect as I think it makes the shoe look so much cooler and interesting. I also got these for £18 with my student discount which is such a bargain as places like Topshop sell these for more.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1N1qtMu7P50fOtjdDZ88aBkv-Vg-M-tcTGglLJY451_OIH3KdfqAT4d6alhA15Caa80bz7sbJhyg4AiPoVAOxQHvLJ7FH1aH81jVE1DK3QyI3mvh0y4aq-ij0AWOHz_Up6krV0cqt5MME/s1600/blog5.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1N1qtMu7P50fOtjdDZ88aBkv-Vg-M-tcTGglLJY451_OIH3KdfqAT4d6alhA15Caa80bz7sbJhyg4AiPoVAOxQHvLJ7FH1aH81jVE1DK3QyI3mvh0y4aq-ij0AWOHz_Up6krV0cqt5MME/s640/blog5.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Primark Snake Skin - £4</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Finally I picked these up for 4 POUNDS... I REPEAT 4 POUNDS. Obviously the quality isn't the best but for the price these are perfect for the beach/around the pool. They also did these in a plain black, white and metallic colour. So stock up ladies.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
What I love about all of these shoes is that they are so easy to chuck on with an outfit and will go with all most everything. Got to love a versatile shoe.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">A short and sweet post just to share with you guys my best dressed at the MET Gala 2015. How amazingggggg do they all look? Absolutely obsessed with them all (these girls can never do any wrong in my eyes). <a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi3Dxwx_yUcIUGRWMzg4Cw1Uai7Mvfr6bGnd-TVd66ts6_f6v7tzTVQlO_zbhv4Lgd3qqvf-Zt4o4ElmEwJIcwKxrSZkP661E1AXC0xqdiMDEIQQfwTZ5utLVjJKdQR4BwsQOtBhsoWC6Nk/s1600/bikini.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi3Dxwx_yUcIUGRWMzg4Cw1Uai7Mvfr6bGnd-TVd66ts6_f6v7tzTVQlO_zbhv4Lgd3qqvf-Zt4o4ElmEwJIcwKxrSZkP661E1AXC0xqdiMDEIQQfwTZ5utLVjJKdQR4BwsQOtBhsoWC6Nk/s1600/bikini.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Just a quick post to let y'all know that New Look have upped their bikini game. I've never really been the biggest New Look fan but every once in a while I'll find myself having a little browse. Although, I always seem to turn to New Look for the basic tees, undies, swimwear & shoes. So on the hunt for a bikini, I came across this little gem. <br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
I couldn't stop thinking about how similar it looked to Triangl... we've all seen those gorgeous girls on Instagram flaunting their amazing Triangl bikinis (and bodies *sigh*). Of course I would love a Triangl bikini, what girl doesn't? But come on... £70-£80 is a lot of money to invest in a bikini - especially when next year I'll want a new one. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
That's when good old New Look came to the rescue with a very similar design for nowhere near the same price. The bikini is a little bit of a more neon, lime colour in real life, but with a tan I think this would look amazing on (maybe not so much now as I am as pale as a sheet of paper - get me on holiday). I love that it has a black trim as it means I could also pair the top with plain black bottoms or vice versa. The bikini top has moulded, underwired cups so it's very flattering, it comes with straps too (which you can take off) but who's got time for those annoying tan lines. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So if you're looking for an affordable yet stylish bikini then have a look in New Look ... they have the black trim Triangl style in other colours too. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.newlook.com/shop/womens/swimwear/yellow-contrast-moulded-underwired-bikini-top-_333995785" target="_blank">Bikini top - £14.99</a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.newlook.com/shop/womens/swimwear/yellow-contrast-bikini-bottoms-_330520285" target="_blank">Bikini bottoms - £7.99</a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
With Love,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Katie xo</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
P.s. Luckily most shops let you buy the tops and bottoms separately.. big bum problems, am I right girls?</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhJXW0y69oGRqlfNfd9cIuBOusekVaVg_CqsjZk8Pedt4EUfUyMVcNReD-_UXhHpM5lY4gANJaXT1MQCGYoTJtFlgwZsHIe4QbdVel41DJmvOTg7bTKOOYMPsWwIcK1l50r1xx-lTXq4bo/s1600/zara+post2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="425" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhJXW0y69oGRqlfNfd9cIuBOusekVaVg_CqsjZk8Pedt4EUfUyMVcNReD-_UXhHpM5lY4gANJaXT1MQCGYoTJtFlgwZsHIe4QbdVel41DJmvOTg7bTKOOYMPsWwIcK1l50r1xx-lTXq4bo/s1600/zara+post2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
It's <u style="font-style: italic;">FINALLY</u> getting warmer, which means I have a new excuse to buy anything summer related... new summer clothes, new summer make up, new summer perfumes... (my student loan came in today aswell which is going to encourage me to spend even more). One of my all time favourite summer scents is Calvin Klein One: Summer. Its a unisex perfume which is super fresh and summery (the name of the perfume kind of gives that away). However I wanted to find a cheaper version so that I could use it every day without worrying that it's going to run out.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a name='more'></a><br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Whenever I get to the till points in Zara, I'm always greeted by the nicest range of perfumes that sit along the top. My little willpower means I end up smelling them all and I end up buying one far too often *help me*. The packaging of the <i>6902 Hollywood Boulevard * Los Angeles</i> perfume caught my eye as this is also the colour scheme that the CK perfume has (these colours instantly remind me of summer). I couldn't quite believe how similar the scent was too, I had found my perfect dupe! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I would describe the scent as highly citrusy, fruity and fresh. It has traces of Pear, Mandarin, Grapefruit, Rose, Lily of the valley, Ylang Ylang (whatever the hell that is), Cedar and Musk *mmmmm*. However, the only downfall is that the staying power of this perfume is nowhere near as good as CK. I have to keep reapplying to keep the scent lasting throughout the day (as I find with most Zara perfumes). But at around £10 you can't really complain too much! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So if you're looking for a cheap, summery perfume to chuck in your handbag this is ideal! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Hope you're all enjoying the sun, </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
With love,</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEglQlBOROc8_weUj__heZPaTgWGO8pF86e7tnJ7sZ7slIC4Vxrtk-cIumlUV4DwybdayxRHsQP7Q8pXZPMwY7Grp7DnH5XTwAU7LBZ1DZ7JCFkY6AfOH1girMIz0VBGXq0WbQEyuOzdvKJ2/s2000/blog.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEglQlBOROc8_weUj__heZPaTgWGO8pF86e7tnJ7sZ7slIC4Vxrtk-cIumlUV4DwybdayxRHsQP7Q8pXZPMwY7Grp7DnH5XTwAU7LBZ1DZ7JCFkY6AfOH1girMIz0VBGXq0WbQEyuOzdvKJ2/s1600/blog.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I recently went on a University trip to London to see the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty Exhibition at the V&A (which was amazing btw). We had some time to kill before hand so of course a quick trip to Harrods to look at all the things we <i>couldn't</i> afford was obligatory. After waltzing around for half an hour drooling over everything, we found MAC (you can guess how excited this made me). <br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
As my friends were trying out the lipsticks, I thought I'd have a little look at what else they had to offer. This is when I came across this beauty. I've heard nothing but good things about this product so I thought I'd give it a go. It was quite a spontaneous purchase but I'm so glad I bought it! I was a little late to the whole highlight thing and at christmas my boyfriend bought me Benefit's High Beam Highlight. I love this highlight under my brows but I wasn't as keen with the finish it gave me on the tops of my cheeks. So I avoided putting highlight on my cheeks until I came across this product. I thought that the powder substance was more ideal in comparison to liquid like High Beam. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiM2BUmyzBgzSiEHOvK7BkIDYyCy7JItrA1rPFjhBWFdU_s46ot_dXMb5Vvn8FcDuh9jPss65l1xfA9wqdde0sn3ezPmETq7G7dLz5Q0a1YAlDE5AQowKFHgUdDPiHxj0ubScGZNixX3nYU/s1600/blog4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiM2BUmyzBgzSiEHOvK7BkIDYyCy7JItrA1rPFjhBWFdU_s46ot_dXMb5Vvn8FcDuh9jPss65l1xfA9wqdde0sn3ezPmETq7G7dLz5Q0a1YAlDE5AQowKFHgUdDPiHxj0ubScGZNixX3nYU/s1600/blog4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
(Apologies for the blurriness, I took about 5000 photos and they all came out slightly blurry - I will never master the art of photography)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I bought it in the shade 'Soft and Gentle' and I would describe it as a warm, gold, peachy toned highlight. It does look very glittery when its in the packaging, however once you apply it to the skin, it gives a subtle healthy glow. I think that it is perfect for daily wear aswell as using it for a night out. Personally, I like to use a little under my brows for every day and then on more special occasions I add more/apply it to the tops of my cheeks. I can already tell that this is going to last me a lifetime as a little goes a long way - it is very pigmented so you only need one or two swipes of it at a time. It was £23 and is worth <i>every</i> penny. I am completely obsessed with this product & I'm super excited to apply this on holiday when I have a tan.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I found this product super easy to apply - especially under my brows with my finger. I also bought MAC's 188 Small Duo Fibre Face Brush to sweep it across the top of my cheeks as it was recommended by the lady that served me. It is a flat-topped, circular brush which is perfect for any lightweight application. However, when I got to the till the brush was more expensive than the highlight and this made me choke a little lol. Seeing as I didn't have any MAC brushes, I thought I'd go ahead and treat myself *forever justifying*. The brush is soooooo soft and I do love it, however I think I could of found a brush which was cheaper that would of done just as good a job (I think a fan brush would also be perfect). </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This is my holy grail product & I would definitely recommend! </div>

It's that time of the year for us students where our loans are long gone and spent (wasted) on mac make up, pizza and nights out. Just a few more weeks to wait and our new loans will be sat waiting for us in our bank accounts, amen. <br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaLIHO3R2CWQKIeiRS2L7embzD3C4Ow_WK4lj6Ry4fY-KL7Ffyjjr1tFO-MnpOoewptRYNz0EweTKeM5w3EoNhG4_NUZSHOVJYbQ1zW1RGKn0hFgaLuWfMi3xogor9oUuLMhr3g215t77y/s1600/1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaLIHO3R2CWQKIeiRS2L7embzD3C4Ow_WK4lj6Ry4fY-KL7Ffyjjr1tFO-MnpOoewptRYNz0EweTKeM5w3EoNhG4_NUZSHOVJYbQ1zW1RGKn0hFgaLuWfMi3xogor9oUuLMhr3g215t77y/s1600/1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Over the past few months, I have found myself falling out of my old routine and becoming lazy when it came to taking my make up off and skincare. I used to use only a make up wipe, which embarrassingly I knew wasn't the best for your skin... I thought it was about time that I got back into the swing of things. I've purchased a few new products and I just had to share with you my little miracles.<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.boots.com/en/Garnier-Micellar-Cleansing-Water-400ml_1440752/" target="_blank">Garnier's Micellar Cleansing Water </a></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
Whilst strolling through boots this caught my eye as I had never really seen anything like it before. This product had answered all my prayers as it claims to be "a super efficient and gentle way to cleanse, remove makeup, soothe the feel of skin and hydrate in just one step" and it does just that. It gently lifts away makeup from your skin and doesn't involve any harsh rubbing on your eyes (which I find with make up wipes).</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
The product doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or over moisturised, it just feels fresh and super clean (what every girl wants right?). It comes as a generous 400ml size and claims that you can get approx. 200 uses out of it (whether thats true...) But for the price, you really can't go wrong. It always seems to be on offer too.. when I purchased it, it was around £3-£4. Bargain!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://uk.lizearle.com/cleanse-tone-moisturise/instant-boost-skin-tonic.html" target="_blank">Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic</a> </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
When it comes to toners I can be quite picky as I find that a lot of them are too harsh and drying on my skin. I have been a massive fan of Liz Earle's toner for a while now. I used to use it a few years ago with their Cleanse and Polish but like I said, I became lazy and couldn't be assed to keep up the routine. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I feel like it's a good all rounder toner, it takes off any left over make up that your other make up remover missed, closes pores and brightens your skin. It feels really refreshing and smells super refreshing too. There really isn't anything that I could fault with this product maybe apart from it is a little bit pricey... a 200ml bottle is £14.50 but I think that this product is worth it. It also lasts a long time aswell as you only need to apply a small amount to a cotton pad.</div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 10px; padding: 0px;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.boots.com/en/Clinique-Dramatically-Different-Moisturizing-Gel-in-Tube-Combination-to-Oily-Skin-Types-50ml_15825/" target="_blank">Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel</a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Over the summer I found that my skin had completely dried out on my face (I blame my sunburn). My mum suggested going to the Clinique counter in boots and the lady recommended me this product. It's a a super heavy moisturiser but doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy (which was exactly what I was looking for). After only a couple of uses my skin was soft and back to normal again, hallelujah. This is definitely more of a luxury product as a 50ml tube costed £17.50 (ouch). Its recommended that you use twice a day... but I only use a tiny bit in the morning before applying my make up. Overall it has improved the texture of my skin and it feels a lot smoother. </div>

University deadlines, a new obsession with Gossip Girl and christmas festivities, resulted in a serious lack of blog posts... but I'm back bitches. Now that I'm only at uni 2 days a week, I have a lot of spare time on my hands. This means I am motivated to get back into the swing of things and start blogging regularly again. Obviously, a few months away from blogging means that I have somewhat been flittering my money and shopping *oops*. I thought I would share with you a handful of my favourite purchases that I've been non stop loving.<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
For someone that wears a lot of black, white and grey.. khaki is somewhat a 'pop of colour' for me. Looking through my wardrobe, I had a serious lack of colour and jackets... so what better than this Topshop bomber? I instantly fell in love with it as soon as I tried it on and felt bad ass too (I've seen photos of Kylie Jenner wearing it).<br />
<br />
Confession: I have an obsession with black boots... I own far too many than what I actually need (I'm not the only one that does this, am I right?). My favourite pair at the moment are from H&M. They are my idea of the 'perfect' black boot. The heel instantly makes any outfit look 10x better and are perfect for the day and night. </div>

Of course, I visited MAC (shock). I was beginning to run out of my fav lippy and hadn't bought one in ages... the lipstick blues had began. Luckily, I had a voucher to spend so this was the perfect opportunity to indulge. I replaced my fav (Captive) and welcomed Twig to my never ending collection. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>Captive </i>is almost identical to Plumful, which was in my <i><a href="http://www.blackisthenewblackkk.blogspot.co.uk/2014/08/on-bad-day-there-is-always-lipstick.html" target="_blank">on a bad day there is always lipstick</a></i> post but Captive's satin finish means that it lasts a lot longer. I found that Plumful came off after eating etc so I decided to replace it with a similar lipstick that had more staying power. Captive's finish is slightly matte with a little bit of sheen so it doesn't dry out your lips completely. It is very pigmented and the pinky, burgundy, red colour is perfect for everyday wear, especially for Autumn/Winter.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>Twig </i>also has the same satin finish but with a deep dusty rose colour that has a hint of brown. I did order this lipstick online without seeing the colour in person first (risky). I was attempting to start wearing a dark nude colour, however it was a little more dark than I expected. I still love the colour and I have been wearing it every day since! </div>
